As the Principal Broker and Owner of CENTURY 21 Hawaiian Style, I bring to the table over 30+ years of experience and expertise in the Real Estate market here and abroad. My partner and Broker-in-Charge, Takako McMillen (R) and I have been operating as a couple in Real Estate here in Hawaii ever since 1987. We started in the CENTURY 21 franchise system at CENTURY 21 Kahala Hale, in 1988. Takako earned her very first Centurion Award just a year later (1989) by earning over $280,000 in Adjusted Gross Closed commissions (by today’s criteria).  Having now earned well over 2 dozen Centurion Awards over the years (26 awards in 28 years, to be exact), with the latest one earned as recently as 2017, I think it goes without saying that we are trailblazers in our market. In fact, in 1990, Takako achieved what today is called the Grand Centurion Award acknowledging well over $21 million in sales. Today an agent must earn over $840,000 in commissions to achieve the Grand Centurion status.

We have extensive experience and expertise in the Real Estate markets both here in Hawaii as well as in Japan. Our strong base in Japan has allowed us to help countless individuals in Japan both buy and sell properties, and ultimately make their dreams of living in Paradise a reality! 

Our current brokerage, CENTURY 21 Hawaiian Style, was established in the heart of Waikiki in January of 2004. Our brokerage now boasts a number of multi-lingual Realtor-Associates and supporting staff from around the world including but not limited to Asia (with areas of specialty based in Japan, China, Korea), and Europe! Our mentality is that our agents and clients alike are our extended family (which in Hawaii, we call "Ohana.") This means that we treat every transaction as if it were our own, support our team of agents like they are family, and provide extraordinary experiences throughout.
